Dandelion's Dancing Corner of Diabolic Devilishness

November 23, 2017

I know it's an over-used trope but I love an avalanche of alliteration acting like it knows the plot, when really it is just scrabbling in the air for a foothold on a slippery blank canvas. Some friction. Some kind of impact on an otherwise grit-less surface.

I love writing. I love creating, interpreting and devising music and performance. Dissecting the sinews that bind the thoughts, emotions, intentions and haphazard encounters between people, ideas and the world. Worlds.

I also love to make noise. I love making the quietest noises and the loudest ones.  The scratchy, smooth, low, sonorous, biting sounds that glisten red in the bowels of the Yew trees in midwinter. I also love the searing high-pitched squeal and rise, dip and contentedness of the rhythms.
